Viccari Wheele have updated the user interface for Refernet, their online referral system. The update is significant as it now works seamlessly on mobiles and tablets. The user experience is now even easier, with an open attractive layout which remains familiar to existing users but moves improves the experience.
A number of other improvements were rolled out with the new upgrade as well, largely from talking with customers and working with them to enhance their work flow.
Tinytoez, our nursery client with 5 nurseries in the group, was a finalist in the prestigious NMT Nursery Awards. We like to think that the website we produced for them might have helped in a small way towards this.
Just released. Direct Line Group – Auto Services new website.
Viccari Wheele have been working with Direct Line to produce the new Auto Services website, covering their 18 strong sites around the UK. We photographed all of them and created pages for each location. The site is designed to give confidence to driver customers and set a high quality tone across their repair services.
We have just bought a drone!. Very excited about how we will be able to add an extra dimension to the videos and stills shoots we produce. It can shoot 4K video and track subjects if necessary.
There is a lot to learn before we can use it commercially as we have to have a licence. Watch this space.
H&L Motors is a group of car bodyshops with a long family history. Peter Laney, the Managing Director, understands that marketing their services is vital to their ongoing growth and prosperity.
Viccari Wheele produced their website in 2013, which is now about to have a revamp. We visited on Friday to do some new photography and video clips to promote their new reception area and wheel refurbishment department along with some of the other areas which have been updated.
Refernet, our advice centre referral system, is expanding.

We work for some great clients who really appreciate what we do. We developed a system that makes a real difference to CABs and advice centres within the volunteer / charity sector. Global Parasols distribute the widest range of parasols available across the world. We were recently commissioned to shoot some of their range, appropriate for use in UK garden and patio settings.
The shoot needed to be cost effective, with a well organised team, assembling and locating the products in various locations through the day, so we could make best use of the light – and represent about 30 products. We shot video at the same time, to illustrate the simplicity of use of the big Shademaker Polaris (illustrated) as well.
Miles Accident Repair have their second generation website from Viccari Wheele. The new site needed to be responsive (smartphone friendly), customer focused and with emphasis on retail, as owners Sean and Jamie were keen to optimise on sales opportunities in their local area. www.milesaccidentrepair.co.uk
Fulcrum disaster recovery service have commissioned Viccari Wheele to build a comprehensive web app service to enable technicians and site supervisors to post progress reports on projects, to keep clients up to date with the progress of recovery. The app is designed to be simple to use on any platform, helping to improve efficiency and transparency.
